What started in 1993 as a backyard art show and sale with 6 vendors and a few volunteers has grown into an ever-changing festival featuring approximately 60 vendors and attracts over 3,000 visitors from near and far!

The spirit of the day is charged, oozing with a celebratory vibe; vendors, entertainers, performers, kids activities, food trucks, and more.
Local Artists & Artisans
Painters, sculptors, glass blowers, candle makers, stained glass crafters, wood-workers, and much more.
Children’s Area
From face painting to arts & crafts and more, located centrally and accessible for all young guests.
Live Entertainment
You will be sure to hear something that gets your foot tapping and your hands clapping.
Food & Drinks
A great selection of food trucks and other vendors to keep you fuelled. Beer & wine garden available.

Mid Summer’s Art Festival is hosted at “The Fort” in the centre of the Qu’Appelle Valley. Check out the festival, visit the Splash Park and beach that are just steps away, and round out the day with a stop at the awe-inspiring Treaty 4 Centre.
