Vendor applications for our 2026 Festival are open!
Please read carefully to ensure you fit the application criteria.
This year's festival will be on August 1 in Fort Qu'Appelle on Broadway Street (Main Street). Vendor booths will be 12’ x 12’ at a cost of $100.
All art work MUST be handmade & be the work of the vendor. Multi-vendor booths are not permitted. By checking below, you agree to only bring art that is handmade by the vendor applying.
Steps to apply to be a vendor:
1. Click here to review and complete the 2026 Vendor application.
2. After your application is submitted, send 3 photos of your work to vendors@msaf.ca
3. Watch for confirmation email for further information. Once your application is approved, you will receive a link to submit your $100 payment.

Visit the food court for a delicious variety of foods while supporting local groups and businesses.
Adults can beat the heat with a refreshing beer or a glass of wine at our beer & wine gardens.
