
Become an artist or artisan vendor.
Please read the information below before submitting your vendor application.
Festival attendance has reached up to 3000 in the past.
Please enclose your booth fee ($75.00) with your application. E-transfer email is in the application form.
Booth size is approximately 10 feet x 10 feet. Vendors must provide their own table. Limited table rentals are available for $10/table. No table refunds after July 15th.
Sites do not have electricity or wifi.
Late entrees will be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations.
New entrants MUST submit 3 photos representative of their work to be displayed. Emailed photos are sufficient.
Only ONE artist/craftsperson per registration fee for a single booth.
Booth locations are designated. You will receive a map of the groups and booth location.
Previous vendors wishing to book the same spot as last year, should do so by May 1st.
Set up time: 7:00am - 9:30am (vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:30am).
All art work MUST be the work of the vendor.
We reserve the right to limit the booths of one particular craft if too numerous.
Our Vendor Team will reach out with the results of your application and further instructions as needed.
