We are pleased to announce the 27th Annual Mid Summer’s Art Festival! This year the festival will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The festival is organized by volunteers with all proceeds going toward performing and visual arts programming in local schools and communities.
VENUE! Our location will be “The Fort” in Fort Qu’Appelle. If you are arriving on highway #10, turn North at the Esso station and travel through on Boundary Ave. You will see “The Fort” on your left, just before the golf course.
Fort Qu’Appelle is a thriving summer tourist destination. Travelers from across Canada and the United States often triple our population during summer months, and contribute to our prosperity. The Festival has been attracting between 3,000 and 3,500 visitors annually. In the past we have been blessed with great weather, however, we encourage you to bring your own shade such as a sturdy awning or umbrella.
To facilitate your registration, please read the following:
Fee is $75.00 for a space of approximately 10 feet x 10 feet. Vendors must provide their own tables. Vendors not able to attend with a table, rentals for a table are $10.
No refunds after July 15th.
Late entrees will be put on a waiting list for consideration in case of cancellations.
We reserve the right to limit the booths of one particular craft if too numerous.
All art work MUST be handmade & the work of the vendor.
All entrants MUST submit three photos representative of their work to be displayed.
Only ONE artist/craftsperson per registration fee for a single booth.
SET UP TIME: 7:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:30 a.m.
2023 Vendors wishing to book the same spot as last year should be done by May 1st.
